Experience as a Himalayan Porter
Rob Fraser
Expedition Leader Rob Fraser became a porter on the most famous trek in the world, to Everest Base Camp. He ate with the local porters, slept alongside them and struggled with a full load on the trail, as part of the team working on an expedition. Being an averagely fit 50 year-old, Rob figured it would be tough. He made a short video of his experience.
