Cairngorm John - A Life in Mountain Rescue
John Allen
John Allen MBE was an active member of the Cairngorm Mountain Rescue Team for over thirty years, most of them as Team Leader. Considering himself a mountaineer, he has climbed extensively in the UK and the Alps.
He will give an illustrated talk discussing some of the rescue incidents he has been involved with over the years and from which we can all learn.
