NEMT Members and all visitors to our website are encouraged to apply for WINSTON CHURCHILL TRAVELLING FELLOWSHIPS. Applications for 2010 will close in early October. More information
The 2010 categories include "Adventure, Exploration and Leaders of Expedition" and "Environment, Food and Rural Affairs". Grants of around £5,000 are awarded for a 4 to 8 week research project. Most people can apply.
Both our founding Chairman, Drennan Watson and past Chairwoman, Jennifer Cook have benefitted greatly from receiving one of these awards.
